Jimmy Liang

Jimmy Liang has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Sales Associate at UC Davis Bargain Barn, where they managed inventory, provided technical support for computers, and facilitated purchase transactions. In 2008, they became a Computer Room Consultant Supervisor at UC Davis, leading a team of employees and providing high-quality customer service and computer support. Jimmy was also involved in developing and implementing the Center for Accessible Technologies. Later, they worked as an Easy Certified Tech at Staples, a Technical Support Technician at Astreya Partners, and a City Carrier Assistant at the United States Postal Service. At Climate, they held various roles, including Desktop Support Technician, Systems Engineer, and IT Operations Lead from 2014 to the present.

Jimmy Liang earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science with a specialization in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, from 2006 to 2011. Jimmy has also obtained various certifications including the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the Certified Incident Responder and Pagerduty Foundational Practitioner certifications from PagerDuty, the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services, the Google Certified Associate - G Suite Administrator certification from Google, the Certified Casper Technician certification from JAMF Software, the A+ Certification from CompTIA, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
