Eric Gilkey

Eric Gilkey has a diverse work experience in the field of content editing and management. Eric started their career as the Editor in Chief of Claims Magazine in 2005, where they were responsible for overseeing the publication's monthly content and ensuring its educational value for P&C claim professionals. In 2010, they joined Summit Business Media as the Editor of PropertyCasualty360.com, where they focused on editing and producing content related to property and casualty insurance. In 2011, they moved on to become the Executive Editor of CLM Magazine at CLM Alliance, where they oversaw the magazine's content until February 2021. From February 2021 onward, they took on the role of Vice President of Content at CLM Alliance.

Eric Gilkey obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in School Psychology from the University of Dayton, which they pursued from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Ohio University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Eric also obtained the Master In-Demand Professional Soft Skills certification from LinkedIn in November 2022.
