Deb Monahan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in shopper insights and category leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Shopper Insights & Category Leadership at The Clorox Company since September 2024, Deb previously held a similar role at Haleon from July 2022 to May 2024, where Deb was instrumental in the spin-off of GSK Consumer Healthcare. Prior to Haleon, Deb was with GSK from 2015 to 2022, focusing on shopper insights and capabilities within a joint venture with Novartis. Deb's career began at Novartis Consumer Health, where a progression of roles culminated in the director position for global insights. Early roles included positions at Philip Morris USA and NielsenIQ. Deb holds an MBA in Management from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
