Katie Prather (Wilkinson) serves as the Senior Director, HRBP at The Clorox Company, where responsibilities include leading the HR strategy for sales, marketing, and R&D functions to align with enterprise growth goals. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Carrier HVAC, where Katie spearheaded a global business services model and led HR initiatives for operations. Additional roles at Carrier included Associate Director, HR Manager, and Regional HR Manager, each focusing on various aspects of HR strategy and support. Prior experience at UTC Climate, Controls & Security involved leading global talent strategy and managing a recruitment center of excellence. Katie’s career began with the Human Resources Leadership Program at United Technologies Corporation. Educational credentials include an MS in Human Resources Management from Purdue University and a BA in Psychology from Ball State University.
