Lloyd Cross

Lloyd Cross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at The Clorox Company, where Lloyd has served in various roles since 1994, currently as Associate Director of Business Transformation, specializing in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. Lloyd’s previous positions include Senior Scientist focused on R&D Packaging Development and Senior Engineer responsible for early problem discovery within commercialization projects. Earlier in Lloyd's career at Clorox, roles included Quality Engineer overseeing quality efforts across multiple manufacturing plants and Quality Manager at the Kingsford Charcoal plant. Prior to Clorox, Lloyd served in the US Army and worked as Designer/Product Manager at Hanna International, contributing to significant product development and sales success. Lloyd holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Linfield University.
