Nichelle Rachal

Nichelle Rachal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community relations and social impact. Currently serving as Associate Director of Social Impact at The Clorox Company, Nichelle also co-leads the BELIEVE Employee Resource Group, focusing on empowering Black employees and fostering inclusion and belonging within the organization. Nichelle's prior roles include Senior Manager of Community Relations and various positions at World Savings, where management and mentorship of an underwriting team were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes directing recruitment at Bentley School and managing the recruitment process for a leadership development program at Prep for Prep, Inc. Nichelle holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from New York University and a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Leadership from Boston College, along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
