Nichole Willenborg

Nichole Willenborg currently serves as the Director, Health & Hygiene HR Business Partner at The Clorox Company, where responsibilities include advising senior leadership and driving people strategies in alignment with business growth. Previously, Nichole held several HR leadership roles at HP from 1999 to 2023, including HR Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs and HR Director for Marketing, focusing on talent development and change management. Nichole has extensive experience in strategic HR management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, alongside a background in customer service at PG&E and management training at Franklin Templeton Group. Nichole earned a BA in Organizational Communications from California State University-Sacramento.
