Tracy Tong

Tracy Tong is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at The Clorox Company since March 2018. In this role, Tracy specializes in disclosure and SEC reporting, focusing on ESG, insider trading compliance, corporate governance, and oversees the Canada business unit. Prior to this, Tracy was an Associate at Latham & Watkins, concentrating on capital markets and public company representation, and at Allen & Overy, advising issuers and underwriters on international debt and equity transactions. Tracy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
