Max Burns

Max Burns, MUPP, AICP, is a Data and Homeless Systems Specialist at The Cloudburst Group, with extensive experience in homeless system coordination and program management. Previously, Max served as HMIS System Senior Coordinator and HUD/CoC Program Coordinator at All Chicago Making Homelessness History, overseeing large-scale HUD processes, training service providers, and collaborating on project implementation with partners. Additional roles include advising non-governmental organizations in Ukraine as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and leadership positions within student governance at the University of Oregon. Max holds a Master's in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a degree in Planning, Public Policy, and Management from the University of Oregon.
