Veronika Liu is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Sous Chef at The Club at Carlton Woods since August 2021, Veronika previously worked as a Personal Chef for Home Cooking Consultant from January 2014 to November 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Ritz Carlton Hotel as a Banquet employee, and as an Intermediate Line Cook at Hyatt Regency, where Veronika was recognized as the only female on the PM line team. Veronika also held positions at Baltimore Country Club and Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel & Spa, demonstrating expertise in menu development and staff supervision. Veronika holds a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Sunway University College, attained from 2004 to 2006.
