Sofia de Quevedo

Sofia De Quevedo is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Server and previously as a FOH Intern at The Club at Ibis since June 2020. Sofia has also held the position of Server-Bartender Trainee at High Ridge Country Club since October 2019. Prior roles include Shift Manager/Cashier/Line Cook at Offerdahl's Off The Grill, Hostess Server/Concierge at Addison Reserve Country Club, and various positions at several other prestigious clubs. Education includes an Associate of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Palm Beach State College and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Universidad Latina de América, A.C.
