Madeleine Richardson has extensive experience in portfolio management and change leadership, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Portfolio and Change at The Co-operative Bank since June 2025. Prior to this role, Madeleine held multiple positions at Contact Energy Ltd from January 2011 to April 2025, including Head of Planning & Delivery, Head of Application Change Delivery, and Customer Technology Programme Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst for the New Zealand Qualifications Authority from January 2005 to December 2010 and owning and managing Rex Royale - Clothing Retail from June 1998 to June 2004. Education was pursued at Victoria University of Wellington.
