Natalie started their career in 1999 with various positions in customer service, people leadership, coaching, training, and sales/marketing in both private and public sector industries. After that, they worked at AMP Financial Services as a Business Growth Manager in different departments. Natalie then joined Davanti Consulting as a Senior Consultant before moving to Kiwibank, where they held roles such as Associate Segment Manager, Customer Segment Manager - Business, and Digital Sales Manager. Currently, they are working at The Co-operative Bank as the Head of Group Strategy and Sustainability, responsible for developing and monitoring group strategy and leading the group's ESG program.
