Martin Shires

Martin Shires is an experienced General Manager with a history of overseeing various aspects of hospitality businesses. From July 2023, Martin has held the position of General Manager at The Coaching Inn Group and has served as General Manager at Rarebreed Dining since April 2020. Previous roles include General Manager at Livelyhood Pub Group and The Red Cow Pub, as well as a significant tenure at Fuller, Smith & Turner from October 2011 to January 2018, where Martin managed various types of establishments and led refurbishment projects. Martin began the career in the hospitality industry as Bar Staff/Event Host at London Pub from May 2007 to September 2011. Martin's educational background includes studies at Bracknell & Wokingham College and The Forest School Academy Trust.
