Mat Charity is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and property industries. As the Founder and Director of KALM Property since September 2018, Mat has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision. Concurrently, Mat has served as the Commercial & IT Director at Coaching Inn Group since May 2010, where responsibilities encompass overseeing the sales and marketing teams, managing IT operations, driving business development, and enhancing the brand's online presence. Previous experience includes a role as Duty Manager at The Lincoln Hotel from December 2009 to May 2010. Mat completed a high school education at Lincoln Minster School from September 2000 to July 2005.
