Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is an experienced operations manager and general manager with a proven track record in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager North at The Coaching Inn Group since July 2017, Stephen has contributed to the success of a 26-bedroom 4-star hotel recognized as a finalist in the boho awards. Prior experience includes Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Old Swan Hotel, overseeing a large hotel with extensive dining and event facilities, and revitalizing The Black Horse Hotel Otley as General Manager, where significant improvements led to multiple awards. Stephen's career began at Stonegate Pub Company Limited, managing various sites and achieving maximum profitability. Stephen's formal education was completed at South Warwickshire College from 1987 to 1990.
