Yen-Ren W.

Yen-Ren W. is an accomplished technical artist with extensive experience in game performance optimization and world-building processes. Currently serving as the Lead Performance Technical Artist at The Coalition Studio since October 2018, Yen-Ren W. has played a pivotal role in supporting the campaign content team for notable titles such as 'Gears 5' and 'Gears 5: Hivebusters DLC.' Previously, Yen-Ren W. worked at YAGER as a Senior Technical Artist, focusing on optimizing the performance of games like 'Dreadnought' and 'The Cycle,' and also contributed as a Technical Artist on projects within the same company. Early career highlights include work as a Character FX TD on the animated film 'Jack et la Mécanique du Coeur,' where Yen-Ren W. was nominated for the Crystal Bear award at the Berlin International Film Festival, and various roles in technical art and 3D animation. Yen-Ren W. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts and Entertainment from Howest and a Bachelor's degree in Law from KU Leuven.
