Anne-Priscille Rudy has extensive experience in sensory and consumer insight management, primarily within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Director and TCR Global Lead at The Coca-Cola Company since 2014, Anne-Priscille has held multiple leadership roles, including directing the EMEA TCR team and leading the World Without Waste Innovation Platform. Previously, Anne-Priscille worked at Nestlé S.A. and its various divisions, focusing on sensory understanding and product innovation in cocoa and coffee. Anne-Priscille began a career in sensory analysis at Nestlé starting in 2005, following the completion of a Master’s degree in Conception des Procédés Alimentaires from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Biologie Appliquée à la Nutrition et l'Alimentation.
