Audrey Maillard

Audrey Maillard has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Technical Operations Senior Director for France and the Netherlands at The Coca-Cola Company since October 2003. Audrey has held various positions within the company, including Technical Operations Manager and Senior Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager, where responsibilities included leading regulatory activities for multi-country innovation projects, advising R&D and marketing teams, ensuring legal compliance, and managing product development across multiple markets. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Audrey completed an internship in the Flavor Research department at Cornell University and earned a Master’s Degree in Food & Nutrition from AgroSup Dijon and a DEUG in Science with a focus on Chemistry from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1.
