Caitlin Motley is a Senior Director of Talent & Development at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing talent and development initiatives across the Africa, Eurasia, and Middle East regions since June 2013. With a proven track record in strategic HR roles, Caitlin has held various leadership positions, including Global Director of Talent & Development Service Delivery, where the focus was on enhancing talent management processes such as performance management and career development. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Transformation and Global IT, and providing full-service HR support at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. Caitlin's academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Strategy and Psychology from The University of Alabama.
