Filipe Ayash

Filipe Ayash currently serves as the Director of Business Operations for Portugal at The Coca-Cola Company, a role held since April 2022. Prior to this, Filipe worked as the Global Category Team Lead at Emma – The Sleep Company, overseeing product and market strategies from May 2021 to March 2022. Experience also includes positions at Novartis, where responsibilities spanned market access and digital strategies for oncology across Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe, as well as serving as a strategic project manager. Early career roles featured management positions in key account management at L'Oréal and Diageo, and an audit internship at KPMG. Filipe holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in International Management from the University of Bath.
