Floor Overbeeke

Floor Overbeeke serves as Senior Director and Sustainability Lead for Africa at The Coca-Cola Company since May 2023, focusing on sustainability initiatives. Previously, Floor Overbeeke held several leadership positions at TechnoServe, including Director of Global Regenerative Business and Country Director for Kenya, driving climate-positive solutions in diverse sectors across Africa, Latin America, and India. Floor Overbeeke's experience also includes roles as Global Program & Advocacy Director at Oxfam-Solidariteit and Office Director at Foundry Capital, alongside co-founding Marchay, a rapidly growing membership service for business leaders. Earlier career highlights feature program management for a refugee foundation and a government trainee role with the Netherlands' Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence. Floor Overbeeke holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
