Flore van der Dussen

Flore van der Dussen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various global organizations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Senior Director for Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Africa at The Coca-Cola Company since January 2014, Flore has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including roles focused on special projects and regional talent acquisition. Prior to this, Flore was a Resourcing Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. Flore's career began in executive search and recruitment consulting, with early roles at Lincoln and GROUPE WILLIAM SINCLAIR. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Controlling and Business Law from Poitiers Business School and Poitiers Law University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Lycée Emile Jacqmain.
