Matrona Filippou has held various leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company since July 1996. Matrona currently serves as President Global Category for Hydration, Sports, Tea and Coffee. Matrona has extensive experience in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and mergers & acquisitions. Matrona has led multiple successful projects and initiatives, including reengineering project management processes and implementing performance management frameworks. Matrona also has experience in executive assistance, business unit performance direction, and global account direction. Matrona holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation from the University of South Africa.
