Ranga Mlambo

Ranga Mlambo serves as the Strategy Senior Director for Africa at The Coca-Cola Company since June 2020, bringing extensive experience in strategic growth and revenue management within the Africa Operating Unit. Prior to this role, Ranga held the position of Head of Strategy & Planning for Southern and Eastern Africa at Hollard Insurance and worked at Bain & Company in various capacities, including Manager and Senior Associate Consultant. Ranga's experience also includes a position as Global Leadership Fellow at the American Chamber of Commerce in Zambia and a Summer Associate role in Economic Development at VillageReach. Ranga's academic background includes an MBA from The Wharton School focusing on Direct Investing in Emerging Markets, an MA in International Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and an AB in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University.
