Rishav Gandhi

Rishav Gandhi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at The Coca-Cola Company, Rishav has previously held senior roles including Sr. Director of Talent & Development for Latin America and Director of Talent Innovation at the same organization. Prior to this, Rishav worked at Deloitte as a Management Consultant and held various leadership positions at airtel, focusing on total rewards and organization effectiveness. Rishav's career began at Max New York Life Insurance as a Summer Trainee. Rishav holds an MBA in Strategy and Decision Science from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and another MBA in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
