Shalini Bhateja

Shalini Bhateja is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management with extensive experience in the corporate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture for the Africa Operating Unit at The Coca-Cola Company since October 2015, Shalini has previously held various senior roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific and Group Director of Talent and Organization Capability. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Shalini worked at Schneider Electric for over 18 years, where roles included Director of Talent Management for Asia Pacific and the Middle East and Director of Global Talent Development. Earlier experience includes positions at Howe Engineering Projects India Pvt Ltd. Shalini holds a PGDBA in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
