Sylvester Mosley

Sylvester Mosley, Ph.D., is a Senior Director in Scientific & Regulatory Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company, with a career spanning from April 2016 to the present. Previously, Mosley held various positions within Coca-Cola, including Director and Principal Manager in areas related to risk assessment, toxicology, and food safety. Before joining Coca-Cola, Mosley served as a Consumer Safety Officer at the FDA from January 2007 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing the review process of GRAS substances and providing regulatory guidance. Mosley holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tuskegee University.
