Tolulope Sekoni

Tolulope Sekoni, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Talent Director for Africa at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities include spearheading the delivery of the Talent Strategy and fostering leadership within the Africa Operating Unit. Previous roles at Coca-Cola include Head of HR for Nigeria and as Acting Head of HR for North Africa. Prior to Coca-Cola, Tolulope worked at KPMG, leading transformational strategy and HR projects, and held management consultant positions contributing to operational strategies in multiple sectors. Tolulope's education includes an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Babcock University.
