Alicia Ruiz de la Sierra has several years of experience in various roles within the field of human resources and marketing. Alicia currently works as a Team Member at WITH since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Operations at The Cocktail Global, where they managed employee experience, cultural transformation, and talent acquisition. Alicia also worked as the Head of Human Resources at VML Consulting in 2019. Alicia has a background in talent management and business development in the digital marketing and eCommerce field, having worked as an HR Talent Management & Business Development Specialist at Robert Walters from 2012 to 2015. Alicia also has experience in marketing and sales as a Marketing, Communication, and Sales Representative at Thiémard SA in 2012 and as an Account Planner at Carat España from 2011 to 2012.

Alicia Ruiz de la Sierra has a diverse education history.
