Ashley Day

Ashley Day is currently the Deputy Manager at The Coffee Collective. Prior to their current position, Ashley worked as the Social Media/Marketing Staff at Catalina Cafe from November 2015 to July 2016. While at Catalina Cafe, Ashley created and ran the Power Plant energized by Catalina Cafe Instagram page, photographed and filmed original content for marketing purposes, and directed, filmed, and edited training videos for Catalina Cafe. Ashley also worked as a barista at The Power Plant energized by Catalina Cafe from July 2015 to July 2016 and as a cashier lead at American Eagle Outfitters from May 2013 to July 2015.

Ashley Day completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Communication Studies and Film Studies at Florida State University.

Their manager is Peter N. Dupont, CEO. They work with Klaus Thomsen - Head of Marketing, Casper Engel Rasmussen - Roastery Manager, and Siv Maria Møller - Sous Chef.
