Kate Osler

Kate Osler is an experienced professional in the events and music industry, currently serving as Festival Director at El Dorado Festival since January 2017. In addition to this role, Kate holds positions as Board Director for The Collab and Non-Exec Board Member for the Association of Independent Festivals, both since 2021. Previously, Kate was Interim Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at AEI Group and Hakkasan Group respectively, and played a key role in marketing as Director of Marketing at Hakkasan Group and Head of Marketing at GlobalGathering Group. Kate began a career in public relations as a PR Executive at Cake Group. Kate graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2007 with a BA Hons in Classics Joint Honours Latin & Ancient Greek.
