Nicolas Frenay

Nicolas Frenay has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Nicolas's current role is Director of Engineering at The Collaboratory, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Product Owner at Touch Tecnologia where they were responsible for a major client with 25+ hospitals. Nicolas was a focal point for projects based on their inteligent exams and consultations solution - WISE. At this role, they acted directly in pre-sales, architecture definition, technical specification and leading development and project teams. Nicolas was also the project lead for the largest implementation of their WISE solution, involving 5 different companies with joint specification of processes and APIs between multiple systems. Nicolas was also a Product Owner for a clinical reports and images web publisher, including a DICOM viewer, and a Product Owner for a clinical report editor for imaging exams. As a Software Analyst/Architect, they worked on a central archiving solution for clinical reports and images and a financial control system for "glosas".

Nicolas Frenay began their educational journey in 2001 when they enrolled in Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, where they studied Computer Engineering. In 2006, they completed a Post Graduation in Project Management in IT at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Nicolas then pursued an MBA in CEAG - Administração de Empresas at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2013. Nicolas Frenay also attended Colégio Stocco, though the duration of their studies is unknown.
