Cathy Ransom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Success at The Collective since January 2018, Cathy has been instrumental in fostering client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. In addition, Cathy has been involved with The Office Source since August 2011, where responsibilities have focused on client services. Previously, at ISA International Inc. from August 1995 to August 2011, Cathy held the position of Executive Assistant. Educationally, Cathy Ransom earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Waterloo between 1988 and 1993.
