Natalie Socha is currently the Vice President of Operations & Client Experience at The Collective since September 2018. Prior to that, Natalie worked as the Director of Operations and Client Services at The Office Source + SCI Interiors from April 2003 to December 2022. With a background in Business Management and Administration, Natalie has experience in overseeing sales support operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting in accounting functions.
