Aaron McDaniel

Aaron McDaniel serves as a Founding Partner at Global Class, providing management consulting services aimed at elevating company valuations from $1 billion to over $100 billion. In addition to this role, McDaniel is a faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where entrepreneurship courses are taught. As a co-author of a Wall Street Journal bestselling book, McDaniel's insights stem from interviews with over 300 executives worldwide. McDaniel is also involved with the College Board as a National Advisory Board Member, contributing to the development of a new Advanced Placement Business Principles course. Further entrepreneurial efforts include co-founding Velocity Capital Group, a real estate private equity fund, and 10X Innovation Lab, which focuses on innovative programs for various sectors. Previous experience includes leadership roles in startups and companies centered around real estate and investment technology. McDaniel holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
