Crystal D. Izquierdo Sobieraj

Crystal D. Izquierdo Sobieraj is a seasoned professional in talent and project management, currently serving as Senior Director, Talent Business Partner at The College Board since April 2015. Previous roles at The College Board include Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives, Associate Director of Higher Education and Governance, and Assistant Director of Higher Education and International. Prior to joining The College Board, Crystal held the position of Director of Project Acceleration and Scholarships and Fellowships Advisor at Seton Hall University from 2014 to 2015. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Associate for Fellow Support at the Institute for Citizens & Scholars from 2011 to 2014 and as a Senior Archival Assistant at The Puerto Rican Community Archives from 2007 to 2011.
