Jade T.

Jade T. has over fifteen years of experience in education, currently serving as the Educator: Social Studies Department Chair at The School District of Philadelphia since September 2008. In this role, Jade has been responsible for reviewing departmental lesson plans, collaborating on curriculum, coaching colleagues, and organizing events. Additionally, Jade runs state induction professional development sessions for new teachers as an Induction Mentor and evaluates participants seeking level II teaching certification. Since June 2014, Jade has participated as an AP Psychology Reader for The College Board, grading essays from AP Psychology students nationwide. Jade also worked briefly as a Contractor and Educational Consultant for Ohlinger Publishing Services. Jade holds a Master of Arts in Education from Cabrini University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Studies Education from Temple University.
