Kristen Alvarez

Kristen Alvarez is a Platform Operations Engineer II at The College Board since March 2023, previously holding the title of Platform Operations Engineer I, where responsibilities include developing internal applications, utilizing the latest JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js features, and leveraging Amazon Web Services for scalable serverless infrastructures. Prior experience includes serving as an Observability Engineer at Revature in early 2023 and as a Senior Technical Analyst and Full Stack Developer at Apple from 2013 to 2018. Kristen Alvarez holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science from Wake Technical Community College, obtained in May 2012.
