Phil McGuire

Phil McGuire currently serves as the Executive Director of SAT Digital Product Management at The College Board, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, McGuire was a Network Consultant at GLG from November 2023 to August 2024, providing insights to investors and EdTech organizations regarding K-12 adoption and market trends. McGuire's extensive experience in product management includes a tenure at Cengage Group from June 2006 to March 2023, where key achievements included transforming a content management team, leading product development initiatives in Florida and Texas that projected significant revenue, and directing technology teams for K-12 enterprises. Earlier roles included a focus on software development and project management at various organizations, starting with Thomson Delmar Learning from 2000 to 2006. McGuire holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Siena College and a high school diploma from Shaker High School.
