Rajesh Anandakrishnan

User Experience Design Lead at The College Board

Rajesh Anandakrishnan has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Rajesh currently serves as the User Experience Design Lead at The College Board since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at The World Bank from April 2010 to February 2019, holding the roles of Sr. UX Specialist and UX and KM Specialist. Before joining The World Bank, they worked as a User Experience Specialist at CMC-Americas, Tata Consulting from July 2008 to April 2010. Rajesh started their career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd in June 2002 as a Sr. Interaction Analyst, working primarily with clients from the World Bank. Rajesh has a specialization in contextual design, discovering new ideas and interactions, and usability and accessibility fixing. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Sify Corp from June 2000 to June 2002, where they gained experience in storyboard designing, HTML & CSS authoring, and assisted with sify's ecommerce portal. Rajesh also had a brief stint as a My Startup at Raj Infoways from October 1999 to May 2000.

Rajesh Anandakrishnan pursued their education at the University of Madras, where they obtained a Master's degree in Linguistics from 1996 to 1998. Rajesh furthered their studies at the same university, completing a Master's in Philosophy with a specialization in Linguistics and Sociology from 1998 to 1999.
