Lee Dranikoff

Lee Dranikoff joined American Securities in 2003. He manages the overall deployment of the functional experts within the Resources Group and directly leads the in-house Strategy Team in the U.S. In this capacity, Lee directs the Resources Group support of due diligence on prospective investments, as well as the extensive Shared Vision process that is used at all portfolio companies. Prior to joining American Securities, Lee spent seven years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Prior to McKinsey, Lee worked as an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Lee received a BA and an MA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
