Tim Delay

Tim Delay has over fifteen years of experience in sales and business development. Tim began their career as a National Account Manager for Brainshark, where they were responsible for growing the company's insurance business. In October 2015, they joined ScoutOut Sports as the COO. ScoutOut is the only app that connects young athletes with top scouts and evaluators in real time. Tim was responsible for growing the company and ensuring that athletic talent never goes undiscovered again. In April 2018, they joined The Colony Group as a Business Development Manager.
