Jared Rincon

Jared Rincon is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as Operations Manager at The Colt Group since June 2023. Previously, Jared held the position of Team Lead at Dräger from July 2019 to June 2023 and worked as a Process Operator at LyondellBasell for a brief period in late 2018. Prior to that, Jared accumulated valuable experience as an Account Manager and Environmental Technician at PSC from August 2014 to December 2018. Jared holds an Associate’s Degree in Mathematics from San Jacinto College, earned between 2011 and 2013.
