Martha Chapman Phr

Martha Chapman, PHR, SHRM-CP, started their most recent role as the Human Resources Director at The Colt Group in April 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Gagemaker from November 2015 to March 2022, including Executive Vice President & Managing Director, Vice President Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Before that, Martha worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Flow-Zone from May 2014 to November 2015, and as a Recruiter at Zachry Group from January 2013 to May 2014. Martha also gained experience in human resources at Ameraflex Sealing Products from August 2010 to July 2012. Martha started their career at Wells Fargo as a Licensed Banker from June 2005 to August 2010.

Martha Chapman has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. In 2013, they received their Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from Rice University, specializing in Human Resources (CE). Martha has also earned additional certifications including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in November 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in December 2013.
