Jamie Efaw

Jamie Efaw serves as the VP of Development Services at Young Life and is an Executive/Transition Coach at The COMMIT Foundation. With a robust military background, Jamie held various leadership roles in the United States Army, including Officer, Talent Management Task Force Division Commander, and Psychological Operations Branch Chief. Additionally, Jamie served as the Commander of Fort Story ASA and Deputy Commander at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is currently pursuing further education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
