Kerry Keys has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as a Human Resources Intern at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute in 2011. They then served as a Resident Advisor at The Ohio State University from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they interned for events and fundraising at The Centers for Families and Children.
