Dan Kroetz has a diverse work experience in the field of acquisitions and development. Dan is currently the Senior Vice President of Development at The Commonwealth Companies since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Acquisitions and Development at Cardinal Capital Management Inc from August 2017. Dan also served as the Acquisitions Manager at the same company from April 2008 to August 2017. In 2008, they joined Astar Capital Management, Inc. as the Director of Acquisitions and Development. Additionally, they worked as a Broker at Madison Home Broker from March 2009 to March 2017 and as an Asset & Acquisitions Manager at PACJETS Financial from July 2004 to April 2008.
Dan Kroetz attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Real Estate.
