Ted Goltzman has a diverse work experience in the development and academic fields. Ted started their career in 2016 as a Summer Analyst at Värde Partners. In 2018, they joined Dominium as a Development Analyst and later moved to Hempel as a Development Associate in 2019. In 2020, they joined The Commonwealth Companies, where they worked as a Development Associate until December 2021 when they were promoted to Vice President of Development. In addition to their professional roles, Ted also worked as an Academic Tutor at Marquette University from 2017 to 2018 and was a member of the Men's Division 1 Lacrosse Team from 2014 to 2018.

From 2014 to 2018, Ted Goltzman attended Marquette University, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate.
