Chrp Amanda Payne

Amanda Payne, CHRP, is currently working as an Employee Relations and HR Program Management Lead at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group. Amanda is also serving as the Training Lead at the same company. In addition, Amanda is volunteering as a Board Member at Workforce Development Board and as a PD Programs Chair at HRPA Peterborough Chapter. With a background in Human Resources, Amanda previously held roles such as Co Executive Director at the Canadian Association for Prior Learning Assessment and Competency Portfolio Coordinator at VCCS Employment Services. Amanda has also served on various committees and has experience in recruitment. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
